At 3,434 sqft, this home does without the buffer that bigger projects enjoy. Every room earns its place; every transition is detailed. The restraint shows in the specification — fewer items, but each one carefully chosen.
Materials were selected to age well. We sourced internationally where the local market could not match the spec, and held the local supply chain accountable to the same quality bar.
A compact programme is easier to lose control of, not harder. The team kept the schedule honest, the trades sequenced, and the punch list short. Closed out on time in 2021.
