Adjacent to 118, this residence shares a footprint but little else. The owners arrived with their own programme, their own references, and their own constraints; the resulting house reads as a separate family of decisions rather than a near-copy.
Premium materials sourced directly from international manufacturers gave the interior its weight. We treated specification not as a list but as a conversation — every finish a deliberate choice held up against the brief.
