Conversations started long before the first slab. We worked with the owners on every material decision — interior finishes, exterior cladding, fixtures, fittings — until the specification reflected the way they wanted to live, not a generic luxury home.
Finishes and building materials came directly from international manufacturers. Bypassing distributors meant the client saw, chose, and paid for the exact specification rather than a substitute — and it gave the interior a quality that does not exist on the local market.
Tight coordination with the on-site team kept the program on schedule. Each shipment landed when the trades needed it; the close-out punch list at handover was short.
